NO REMOTE”. Hybrid - 2 days to go office

Mandatory:Opentext InfoArchive (AWS Environment)


Key Responsibilities

  •  Analyze source system data structures, formats, and semantics, and develop detailed mapping documentation that outlines how each source field aligns with Opentext InfoArchive requirements.  Evaluate source data quality and completeness, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or anomalies prior to migration.
  •  Collaborate with business and technical teams to define archiving needs, regulatory requirements, and retention policies specific to InfoArchive.
  •  Work with data engineers and developers to design, build, and test ETL processes that extract, transform, and load data into InfoArchive.
  •  Create test cases and perform validation activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of migrated data in InfoArchive.
  •  Maintain comprehensive documentation of mapping logic, transformation rules, and data lineage to support audits and compliance initiatives.
  •  Troubleshoot mapping or integration issues by working with cross-functional teams and leveraging InfoArchive best practices and support resources.
  •  Recommend process improvements, tooling enhancements, and mapping standards to optimize InfoArchive integration and address stakeholder feedback.


Required Qualifications

  •  Proven experience in data analysis, data mapping, or data integration projects.
  •  Proficiency in SQL and data profiling tools.
  •  Strong understanding of relational and non-relational database systems.
  •  Knowledge of data archiving concepts and regulatory compliance practices.


Technical Skills

  •  Experience with Opentext InfoArchive or similar archiving platforms is an asset.
  •  Hands-on experience with enterprise archiving platforms.
  •  Strong understanding of data formats and archival standards (e.g., TXT, XML, JSON, PDF/A, DOCX, OAIS, METS, PREMIS).
  •  Competency in SQL/NoSQL and databases for managing metadata, indexing, and related tasks.  Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) to support automation and data migration workflows.
  •  Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining metadata schemas.
  •  Familiarity with cloud storage architectures and tiered storage solutions, including cold storage and AWS cloud technologies.
