Customer Experience SpecialistLocation: Remote (Preference given to Michigan-based candidates)
Schedule: Must be flexible to work within operating hours, including evenings and weekends

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email channelsHandle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism and accuracyServe as a product knowledge resource for current and future vehicle offerings and related servicesAnswer customer questions regarding vehicle features, specifications, reservations, orders, dealerships, service, charging options, and recallsTake ownership of customer concerns and follow through to resolutionDocument customer interactions accurately within internal systemsSchedule appointments and assist customers with next steps when neededRecommend solutions that improve the overall customer experienceIdentify customer needs and tailor communication accordinglyCollaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issuesWork Distribution:
Approximately 80% phone supportApproximately 20% chat, email, and case documentationRequired Qualifications1-2+ years of customer service or call center experienceExperience managing a high volume of customer interactionsStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer navigation and typing proficiencyAbility to quickly learn new products, systems, and processesProfessional phone presence and customer-focused mindsetStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentStable work history demonstrating reliability and commitmentPreferred QualificationsAssociate degree or equivalent experienceHelp desk, technical support, troubleshooting, or service experienceBasic understanding of electric vehicles and home charging conceptsExperience supporting customers via phone, chat, and email simultaneouslyScheduling RequirementsCandidates must be available to work within the organization's operating hours, which include:
Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM ESTSaturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM ESTSchedules may vary based on business needs, and shift assignments can change periodically.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Warren, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
