Job description

Bucketlist Rewards is looking for an experienced Customer Onboarding Manager to join our growing Customer Success team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end onboarding for SMB, mid-market and enterprise clients, guiding them from kickoff to launch and ensuring a smooth, engaging, and value-driven implementation process.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS company where onboarding is both strategic and foundational to customer success. If you thrive in a startup-style environment, enjoy managing multiple client projects at once, and love creating “wow” moments that set customers up for long-term success, you’ll be a great fit. This role has high visibility across the business and strong potential for career growth.

About Bucketlist Rewards:

Bucketlist Rewards provides a leading B2B SaaS solution that allows organizations of all sizes to introduce effective rewards and recognition programs to its workforce. Our goal is to provide companies with an easy-to-use web platform that enables employers to reward team members in a meaningful way that matters to them, while achieving great business results and building better organizational cultures. When it comes to great company culture, the Bucketlist team walks the talk and we are proud to be Great Place to Work certified!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the complete end-to-end onboarding journey for SMB, mid-market and enterprise clients, from post-sale handoff through launch and early adoption.
  • Manage multiple concurrent implementations, demonstrating strong time-management, organization and prioritization across competing timelines and stakeholder needs.
  • Lead kickoff meetings, platform walkthroughs, training sessions and milestone check-ins with confidence and clear direction.
  • Guide clients through platform configuration, program design and launch planning using Bucketlist best practices.
  • Demonstrate strong technical confidence when guiding customers through platform features, configuration options, integrations and recommended program design.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to proactively manage risks, resolve blockers and ensure all launch requirements are completed.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and deliver a clear, comprehensive handoff to the Customer Success Manager following launch.

Required Skills for Success:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation or customer success within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience supporting a range of SMB, mid-market and enterprise clients, including complex, multi-stakeholder implementations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client projects with strong organization, prioritization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and verbal communication skills, with confidence leading client meetings and training sessions.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, integrations and technical troubleshooting fundamentals.
  • Ability to build trust with senior leaders, HR teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Proactive, adaptable and solution-focused, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Human Resources or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with HR technology, employee engagement, or rewards and recognition platforms.
  • Background in change management, internal communications or program adoption.
  • Familiarity with enterprise security, procurement or implementation processes.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French or Spanish.

The Perks:

  • Growth Opportunities: Join a growing company where you’ll be part of a high-performing team with lots of potential.
  • Remote Work: We are a distributed workplace (100% remote). This position is open to anyone residing and able to work in Canada on a remote basis.
  • Wellness Days: In addition to paid vacation days, we offer flexible paid time off to fit individual needs.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Includes health, dental, vision care, EFAP, and more.
  • Annual Bucketlist Benefit: An additional paid day off and $$ to spend to help check items off your own bucket list!
  • Home Office and Learning & Development Benefits: Support for your home workspace and funding to grow your skills.
  • Rewards and Recognition: At Bucketlist, we walk the talk! We're invested in helping you achieve not just your career goals but your personal goals as well!

Compensation: The anticipated Salary Range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 CAD, plus performance based bonuses. The final offer will consider factors such as your expertise and role alignment and internal equity.

At Bucketlist Rewards, we are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. We believe that varied perspectives drive innovation and creativity, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences. We encourage individuals from underrepresented groups to apply, as we strive to build a team that reflects the diverse communities we serve. Prepare your application

Use the description above to assess your fit for Bucketlist Rewards. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.

Match requirements to evidence

Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.

Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.

Check the working arrangement

Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.

Review before submitting

Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.

Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.

Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
