🚀 About TubeScience

At TubeScience, we create the best-performing video ads on the internet, content so good that viewers choose to watch it. We’re LA’s largest performance creative agency, and we work with a growing network of creators who make our ads.
Our 55,000 sq ft production facility in Los Angeles has 25 sets - everything from white cycloramas to fully built kitchens and living rooms - plus an in-house team to help with casting, styling, and post-production. Every week, many creators come through our studio, and someone needs to make sure everything runs smoothly.

That’s where you come in.

⭐ The Role

We're looking for a Creator Coordinator to power the reporting, logistics and search engine behind TubeScience's growing creator network. You'll work closely with the creator team to ensure all tracking, communication, scheduling and reporting are up to date and accurate. You’ll be the first point of contact for new creators, coordinating onboarding and introductory meetings. Any questions about creators, you should have the answer or know who does. When you’re not doing logistics, you’ll help scout new creators.

This role is ideal for someone who's organized, fast, and thrives on the operational and reporting side of the creator economy.

🎬 What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate staff creator onboarding logistics — send department onboarding forms, add staff creators to roster, schedule introductory meetings with department, assist department head with scheduling other introductory meetings.
  • Manage Staff Creator overall schedules, ensuring stakeholders know when creators are unavailable for new jobs.
  • Coordinate staff creator availability for in-studio requests. Verify firewalls.
  • Route Staff Creator questions to the appropriate channel.
  • Maintain all department trackers (including client Creator Programs) and SOPs in real time. Nothing is left open overnight.
  • Collect Staff Creator feedback every three months and report on findings.
  • Track compliance and data in Creators channels and provide monthly reporting.
  • Coordinate Staff Creator workshops and events.
  • Build and maintain a creator database tracking creator specialties, rates, availability, demographics, and past performance. Add new, onboarded creators to the internal database.
  • Help department grow the talent pipeline — proactively scouting new Staff Creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms so we always have depth and diversity of talent on tap.

🔑 Who You Are

  • 1+ years in a coordination or operations role: talent coordination, influencer marketing, casting, talent relations or similar.
  • Highly organized: you can juggle dozens of schedules, onboardings and deadlines without dropping anything.
  • Detail-oriented with tracking and compliance: your trackers are always accurate and paperwork never slips.
  • Comfortable with tools: [Google Sheets / Airtable / Notion / Slack], and open to automation and AI tools.
  • Fluent in digital content culture: you know what good content looks like and where to find the people who make it.
  • Strong written and verbal English.

➕ Nice to Have

  • Experience using creator/influencer platforms (Aspire, GRIN, CreatorIQ, Cohley, TikTok Creator Marketplace)
  • Background at a creator management agency, MCN, or talent representation firm
  • Familiarity with brand compliance and FTC disclosure requirements

🌟 Why TubeScience

You'll be building something from the ground up — shaping TubeScience's talent strategy as we transition into a full-stack performance platform. If you love working with creators, are the most organized person you know, and thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, this role is for you.

Prepare your application

Use the description above to assess your fit for TubeScience. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.

Match requirements to evidence

Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.

Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.

Check the working arrangement

Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.

Review before submitting

Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.

Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.

Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
