Job description
Description
Kendago is on a mission to redefine how consumers go from noticing a need to buying the right solution online. In an internet shaped by AI, fragmented attention, and constantly shifting platforms, we build, own, and scale top-performing brands and offers - both our own and those of leading partners — by combining proprietary technology, data-driven decision making, and creative excellence at performance scale.
We operate at consumer scale, reaching millions of people every day across paid channels, owned funnels, and digital touchpoints. In a world where creative trends, consumer behavior, and platform algorithms shift overnight, Kendago stays ahead of the curve.
We move fast, think deeply, and build with purpose. Our culture is rooted in entrepreneurship, innovation, and collaboration - along with shared wins, team dinners, and a whole lot of good food and laughter.
We’re a team of doers, and boundary-breakers - product, data, R&D, growth, and creative talent who own the full stack of how consumer brands are built and scaled today. After 17 years in the game, every funnel, every test, every brand decision happens in-house - which means your work moves the needle directly and visibly.
If you’re ready to tackle meaningful challenges, grow at lightning speed, and help shape the next frontier of consumer brand building, you belong here.
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will create high-performing video-ads for leading DTC brands, from scripts, concepts, raw footage, and design assets into compelling stories that engage audiences and drive measurable results.
As part of the creative team, you will work closely with the Media, CRO and brand teams, create and adapt content for different platforms and audiences, and continuously improve videos based on performance data and feedback, utilizing AI tools and improving them. This is a fast-paced B2C environment that requires strong storytelling, excellent execution, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Why Join Us?
At Kendago, you'll work alongside top-tier professionals in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. We take pride in our direct, transparent, and warm organizational culture, where personal connection is just as important as professional excellence.

- Proven experiance in video storytelling and editing using Adobe Suite and AI tools.
- A strong understanding of how design and copy work together in video.

- A conceptual thinker and a strong problem solver.
- An effective multitasker with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Copywriting and strategy skills - an advantage.
- Strong design / Art direction skills - an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Create performance-driven video ads for digital platforms.
- Work on scripts, copy, raw footage, stock materials, AI, and design assets into clear and engaging video stories.

- Use campaign data results and draw performance conclusions to improve future creative output and create the next test iterations.
- Collaborate closely with creative strategists, designers, copywriters, and media teams.
- Manage several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.

Prepare your application
Use the description above to assess your fit for Kendago. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.
Match requirements to evidence
Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.
Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.
Check the working arrangement
Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.
Review before submitting
Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.
Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.
Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
