We are seeking a highly creative and visionary Creative Head to lead our creative department and elevate brand storytelling across all platforms. Job Overview The Creative Head will be responsible for leading the creative strategy, guiding the design and content teams, and ensuring a consistent and compelling brand identity across all marketing and communication channels. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the creative team (designers, content creators, and multimedia staff) Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with brand goals Oversee branding, advertising campaigns, and visual storytelling Ensure consistency in brand identity across all platforms Conceptualize innovative ideas for digital, print, and social media campaigns Collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams Review and approve all creative content before publication Stay updated with global creative trends and implement fresh ideas Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of creative outputs Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Media, or related field 5–8 years of experience in a creative leadership role Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, and creative direction Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools Ability to manage teams and work under tight deadlines Strong understanding of digital media trends and branding strategies What We Offer Competitive salary package Opportunity to lead a growing creative department Exposure to international branding and campaigns Collaborative and innovative work environment How to Apply Interested candidates can apply via Indeed or send their CV and portfolio to: info@wbm.com.pk Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
