Corporate Counsel Job Type: Contractor Location: Remote Work Schedule: Part-time/ Full Time Job Overview We are seeking experienced Corporate Counsels with strong in-house experience in technology transactions. You will apply your expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, redlining, and playbook development to review and evaluate AI-generated legal content. No Prior AI Experience Is Required. Key Responsibilities Perform contract drafting, redlining, and simulated negotiations. Review MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and other technology agreements. Evaluate AI-generated contract analysis and provide expert feedback. Develop playbooks, evaluation frameworks, and grading criteria for contract tasks. Identify legal risks, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with legal, product, and research teams remotely. Required Qualifications J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction. 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions. Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and related commercial agreements. Excellent contract drafting, redlining, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI, legal technology, or legal content evaluation. Corporate law firm experience in M&A or private equity fund formation. Experience developing legal playbooks or review frameworks.
