About The Role The Content Creator (Video & Motion) at Leap Group is a creative and versatile professional responsible for bringing content ideas to life across various digital and social platforms. This role involves conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and animating engaging visual content that aligns with brand strategies and campaign objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong storytelling instincts, proficient in motion graphics, editing, and production techniques. They should have a keen understanding of platform-specific content requirements, emerging trends, and audience behaviors to craft relevant and impactful content. Collaboration with cross-functional teams—including creative, strategy, account, and production—is essential to ensure that content meets quality standards and project deadlines. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop innovative content strategies, and contribute to a vibrant, inclusive team environment.
