Join Our Team: Concierge Agent at 83bar!

Location: Remote

Are you passionate about making a real difference in healthcare patient experiences? As a Concierge Agent at 83bar, you are the crucial bridge between patients and vital health solutions. In this highly engaging role, you will manage dynamic inbound and outbound communications to support, guide, and follow up with patients, assisting with appointment scheduling, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless care journey.

For select clients, you may also empower clinical trial participants by addressing study participation and reimbursement inquiries, as well as coordinating essential documentation with clinical study teams. While prior medical experience is a plus, your empathy, professionalism, and dedication to patient success are what truly matter!

Utilizing 83bar's cutting-edge software suite, you’ll interact across multiple channels including phone (VOIP), voicemails, email, and SMS. Whenever callers reach out with needs outside our direct scope, you'll seamlessly navigate them to the right resources using clear, established guidelines, ensuring every patient receives top-tier care and direction.

Key Responsibilities You’ll Own:

  1. Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: Respond to patient inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and promptness in accordance with company standards.
  2. Master Clinical Content: Become a subject matter expert on client-specific clinical programs and offerings.
  3. Guide with Expertise: Utilize established scripting and best practices to guide conversations seamlessly.
  4. First-Contact Resolution: Strive to resolve patient questions and needs during their very first interaction.
  5. Accurate Documentation: Maintain precise, detailed call notes and update records effectively.
  6. Data Quality Assurance: Verify patient contact details and correct any lead form submission errors.
  7. Call Dispositioning: Accurately categorize call outcomes and reasons based on guidelines.
  8. Feedback & Escalations: Track feedback or complaint calls systematically and escalate sensitive situations appropriately.
  9. Collaborative Problem-Solving: Notify development and technical support teams of application bugs or system trends via Slack.
  10. Self-Management & Growth: Take pride in your schedule adherence, quality delivery, and continuous professional development.

What You Bring to the Team (Required Skills & Abilities):

  • A solid understanding of contact centers and their systems
  • Excellent phone presence and effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently without excessive supervision in a work-from-home environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt
  • Excellent computer skills
  • A positive and energetic attitude with a sense of urgency when appropriate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

  • Work From Home Flexibility: Enjoy working remotely from the comfort of your home office.
  • Comprehensive Training & Mentorship: We invest in your success with structured onboarding, regular 1:1 coaching, and ongoing team support.
  • Meaningful Work: Every call you make or take helps real patients navigate their healthcare journey with ease and confidence.
  • Supportive Culture: Become part of a collaborative, energetic team that values clear communication, continuous learning, and celebrating wins together.
  • Competitive compensation at $22.00/ hour.
  • Monday-Friday schedule up to 25 hours
  • 401 (k) with company matching.

Prepare your application

Use the description above to assess your fit for 83BAR. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.

Match requirements to evidence

Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.

Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.

Check the working arrangement

Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.

Review before submitting

Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.

Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.

Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
