Job description

At Sword, we’re building AI to heal billions and unlock humanity’s full potential. In doing so, we’re pioneering AI Care, a fundamentally new approach to healthcare built for medical reasoning, safety, and real-time treatment, not generic technology applied after the fact. As both a clinical-centric frontier AI lab and an applied AI platform, Sword is reimagining how care is delivered at scale, removing traditional barriers like appointments, waiting rooms, and stigma so more people can access the care they need—and ultimately get back to lives lived in full.

Since 2020, Sword has expanded across physical therapy, women’s health, cardiometabolic, and mental health, and is now moving beyond the session to a fully AI-native, 24/7 care program that brings physical activity, therapeutic exercise, psychotherapy, nutrition, and behavior change into one connected experience. More than 700,000 members across three continents have completed over 10 million AI sessions, helping 1,000+ enterprise clients avoid more than $1 billion in unnecessary healthcare costs. Backed by 42 clinical studies, 44+ patents, and more than $500 million raised from leading investors including Khosla Ventures, General Catalyst, and Founders Fund, Sword is defining a new standard for healthcare.

AI Proficiency at Sword

AI fluency is a core expectation at Sword. Every candidate is assessed against our three-level framework — be ready to share real examples of how AI is already part of how you work.

  • Explorer (Level 1) — Uses AI daily to boost personal productivity

  • Builder (Level 2) — Creates workflows and tools that elevate the whole team

  • Integrator (Level 3) — Embeds AI into products and processes at scale

Every hire must demonstrate at least Level 1. The expected level will vary depending on the seniority of the role.

Role

The Enablement Operations & Analytics Manager is the operational and analytical backbone of Commercial Enablement. This role connects enablement strategy to the technology, data, and systems infrastructure that makes it scalable across our global commercial organizations.

You'll own the data that proves whether enablement programs work, the dashboards that make performance visible, and the systems and automations that let a lean team scale its impact. This is a builder role: you'll turn ambiguous problems into measurable frameworks and one-time wins into repeatable, scalable systems.

What you’ll be doing

  • Enablement Measurement & Analytics Design and own how we measure enablement effectiveness. Build measurement frameworks that connect enablement inputs (training completion, content engagement, coaching activity) to rep performance outputs (pipeline progression, deal velocity, close rates) at the individual level. Build and maintain self-service dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Omni, Tableau). Own conversation intelligence reporting (e.g., Gong scorecards, leaderboards). Turn data into clear recommendations on what to scale, iterate, or deprecate.
  • Systems, Automation & AI Own the build-out and adoption of AI and automation tools across Commercial. Design workflows, build agents and skills, and drive adoption of tools that reduce manual rep effort across CRM (e.g., Salesforce), conversation intelligence, email, and content platforms. Manage content retrieval and recommendation logic so reps get the right material at the right time. Maintain the infrastructure layer for how reps find and use approved content: folder architecture, metadata standards, and source-of-truth maintenance.
  • Scaling & Operationalizing Enablement Programs Take what works and systematize it. Onboarding frameworks, certification programs, methodology rollouts, and launch packages all run through this function. Define the operational requirements for new programs, build the tracking and reporting around them, and create repeatable playbooks that extend across teams and segments.
  • Cross-Functional Operations Work daily with data engineering, revenue operations, product/AI teams, and commercial leadership. Define data requirements, coordinate on tool integrations, and translate business problems into technical specifications. Manage stakeholder relationships across functions to drive enablement priorities forward.

What you need to have

  • 3 to 5 years in sales operations, analytics, enablement, or a related ops/analytics role
  • Strong analytical skillset: comfortable building measurement frameworks, reports, and dashboards independently
  • Experience with AI tools and automation platforms
  • Builder mentality: track record of turning ad hoc processes into repeatable, scalable systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English

Nice to have

  • Background in or exposure to B2B sales environments or go-to-market teams
  • Consulting, industrial engineering, or process improvement background
  • Comfort working through ambiguous, undefined problems without a set methodology

*The range below reflects base, variable, and equity for this role.

This is a starting point, not a ceiling — once someone joins and proves they're outlier talent, we adjust quickly to make sure their compensation matches their impact.

Job titles may span more than one career level, so actual pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and market demand, among other factors. The range reflects base salary plus any variable, bonus, or sales incentives, and our estimate of the value of private company stock options where applicable. It's subject to change, and future stock value isn't guaranteed. Sword also offers additional benefits beyond total compensation.

Prepare your application

Use the description above to assess your fit for Sword Health. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.

Match requirements to evidence

Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.

Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.

Check the working arrangement

Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.

Review before submitting

Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.

Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.

Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
