The CMO will participate in major strategic decisions, product direction, customer development, clinical partnerships, recruiting, fundraising, and the long-term development of Fanoni. We are looking for someone who wants to help build the company alongside the founding team and become one of the clinical faces of Fanoni. Compensation This opportunity is structured around meaningful co-founder equity ownership. Cash compensation, equity, vesting, time commitment, and responsibilities will be structured based on the candidate's experience and level of involvement. Who We Are Looking For We want a physician who understands how much administrative friction exists in healthcare today and believes clinicians should be able to spend more time practicing medicine and less time operating disconnected software. Fanoni is building toward a future where much of the documentation, coding, administrative coordination, and operational work surrounding a patient encounter can be intelligently automated while the clinician remains in control of medical decisions. If you want to help build that future from the beginning, we would like to speak with you. Website: Fanoni.ai
