Du willst die Bauindustrie mit moderner Technologie revolutionieren?
Bei BIMraum GmbH mit Sitz in Böblingen verfolgen wir die Mission, Fachkräfte aus Bau und Immobilien durch digitale Prozesse auf Basis von Building Information Modeling (BIM) zu stärken. Unsere ambitionierte Reise wird von Innovation, Technologie und echter Leidenschaft für digitale Transformation angetrieben.
Deine Rolle & Aufgaben:
- Führe die technische Weiterentwicklung von proxino - unserer KI-basierten Lösung zur Automatisierung von Bauprozessen - direkt mit unserer Gründerin
- Du entwickelst Funktionen und Benutzererlebnisse nutzerzentriert weiter – auf Basis echten Kundenfeedbacks
- Du trainierst und verbesserst unsere KI-Module, insbesondere im Bereich Wissenssysteme und LLMs
- Du übernimmst die Code-Verantwortung des MVPs – mit Fokus auf Stabilität, Performance und Sicherheit
- Mittelfristig: Aufbau und Führung eines kleinen, dynamischen Tech-Teams, um unsere Lösung zu skalieren
Dein Profil:
- Must-haves:
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Gute Kenntnisse in Python
- Sicherer Umgang mit Git
- Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Codebasen
- Pragmatismus: Du lieferst funktionierende Software, keine Theorie
- Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf C1-Niveau (für Team- und Kundenkommunikation)
- Nice-to-haves:
- Kenntnisse in NestJS und Next.js / React
- Erfahrung mit KI-/LLM-Systemen oder datengetriebenen Anwendungen
