CNC Operator – Job Description Job Title: CNC Operator Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Full-time Shift: Day / Rotational Shift Experience: Fresher to more than 2 years Experience candidate can be preferred Salary: Competitive salary based on experience Job Summary We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to set up and operate CNC machines for precision manufacturing work. The ideal candidate should be able to read technical drawings, monitor machine operations, and maintain quality standards while meeting production targets. Responsibilities Operate CNC turning, milling, or VMC machines safely and efficientlySet up tools, fixtures, and materials for production runsRead and understand engineering drawings and specificationsPerform basic machine programming edits and offsets if requiredInspect finished components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gaugesMonitor machine performance and report any issues or defectsMaintain production records and follow quality standardsEnsure cleanliness and proper maintenance of machines and work areaFollow all safety procedures and company policiesRequirements ITI / Diploma / B.E ( Pass or Fail) in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldExperience operating CNC machines preferredKnowledge of machining tools and measuring instrumentsAbility to read technical drawingsBasic understanding of CNC programming is an advantageGood attention to detail and quality controlAbility to work in shifts and meet production deadlinesBenefits PF & ESI benefitsOvertime opportunitiesweekly 5 days working Day onlyCareer growth opportunitiesTraining provided for the right candidateHow to Apply Interested candidates can apply through Indeed or contact us directly for an interview schedule.
