CNC machine operator

Job Description: Role Summary: The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines (Fanuc / Mazak controls) to produce high-precision components as per engineering drawings and quality standards. The role requires strong understanding of tooling, measurement, machine offsets, and adherence to safety and production guidelines. Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines with Fanuc / Mazak controls. Monitor tool condition; identify worn-out or broken tools. Perform tool changes and take tool/work offsets independently. Inspect machined parts using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, etc.). Read engineering drawings and maintain required tolerances. Maintain production records, follow safety and 5S practices. Perform basic machine maintenance and report issues. Requirements: ITI Turner/DME/SSC PLUS CNC Course (Mechanical/Machinist). Hands-on CNC operating experience. Strong measurement and drawing-reading skills.
