Job description

*1. City Training Manager - Eatskart* *Job Role:* Responsible for end-to-end training delivery, onboarding, and capability building for all delivery partners and hub staff in the assigned city. *Key Responsibilities:* - *Training Delivery*: Conduct New Joiner Induction, Refresher, App training and Safety training for DEs and hub staff - *Field Enablement*: Ride-along, OJT, and on-ground coaching to ensure SOP adherence - *Quality Audit*: Monitor training effectiveness through audits, assessments and feedback - *Stakeholder Management*: Coordinate with City Ops Head, Hub Managers and HR for training calendars - *Content & MIS*: Update training material, maintain daily training MIS and dashboards - *Issue Resolution*: Handle grievances related to app, payout, ID and support needs - *Target Achievement*: Ensure 100% onboarding of new DEs and meet monthly training KPIs *Required Skills:* - 2-4 years experience in L&D/Training, preferably in logistics/gig economy - Excellent communication in local language + Hindi/English - Good in Excel, PPT and training tools - Bike + Field work ready *2. State Training Manager - Eatskart* *Job Role:* Own the L&D strategy and execution for the entire state. Lead, mentor and scale the City Training Managers. *Key Responsibilities:* - *State L&D Strategy*: Plan and execute state-wide training calendar for DEs and Hub teams - *Team Leadership*: Manage and coach all City Training Managers in the state - *Process Standardization*: Ensure uniform training content, quality and delivery across all cities - *Performance Review*: Track KPIs like onboarding TAT, training NPS, audit scores for all cities - *Stakeholder Alignment*: Work with State Ops Head, HRBP and Central L&D for initiatives and launches - *Content Ownership*: Develop/upgrade training modules, videos, quizzes as per business needs - *Governance & Reporting*: State-level MIS, weekly reviews, and action plans for gaps - *Change Management*: Drive new process launches, SOP rollouts and compliance across state *Required Skills:* - 4-7 years experience in L&D, with 2+ years in team management - Strong leadership, analytical and presentation skills - Experience in logistics, e-commerce or delivery operations preferred - Willing to travel extensively across the state *Common for Both:* - *Location*: City/State HQ + Field travel - *Reporting*: City TM -> State TM -> Head L&D Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistanceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceInternet reimbursementLeave encashmentLife insurancePaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundWork from homeWork Location: In person
