Business Systems Analyst (Oracle) Only W2 (Hybrid)

Role: Business Systems Analyst (FP&A Background and Oracle Fusion EPM Experience) Location: 2 days/ week at local office Duration: 6+ Months Contract Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, STEM, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) is required.Minimum of two years of experience designing, implementing, configuring, or supporting finance systems and related data.Strong knowledge of accounting and corporate finance practices, with emphasis on FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, investment decision-making, and business case development.Advanced knowledge of business systems analysis principles and practices, including requirements elicitation, process analysis, user-story development, acceptance criteria, and solution validation.Experience working with Agile or Scrum product teams.Experience with Jira is required.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to support scenario modeling, analysis, documentation, presentations, and working prototypes.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, including the ability to conduct root-cause and impact analysis.Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams through verbal, written, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
