Business Reporting Analyst-2 (Hyderabad)

Overview: - The Globalization team is responsible for executing Zelis globalization strategy and subsequent changes associated with our expansion plans. We are seeking a reporting analyst to create data-driven dashboards that will help uncover insights and support governance and decision making. This role will collaborate with US and India teams. Key responsibilities: Design and develop visually appealing, interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business needs.- - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure dashboards provide meaningful insights.- - Connect Power BI to various data sources (SQL, APIs, Snowflake, etc.).- - Create data models and establish relationships between different datasets to optimize performance.- - Optimize data refresh schedules and Power BI report performance.- - Utilize tools like DAX and Power Query for advanced data manipulation and query - Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.) to develop data solutions.- - Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Power BI dashboards and reports.- - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data accuracy, refresh failures, and performance bottlenecks.- - Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and recommend improvements.- - Maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and report logic to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing across the team.- - Track development and deployment using tools like JIRA for project management.Skills & Qualifications: 5+ Years of Robust experience in Power BI (Report development, Power Query, DAX, data visualization).- - Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and managing large - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and platforms like Snowflake, Azure, or AWS.- - Experience in working with APIs for data integration is a plus.- - Basic understanding of ETL processes and data - Excellent data analysis and problem-solvin .
