Business Process Manager

Purpose/Objective Business Process Manager will be responsible for optimizing and managing business processes within the container terminal operations. This role involves analyzing existing processes, developing process improvement strategies, and ensuring that all operations align with the companys strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, process reengineering, and project management within the port or shipping industry. Key Responsibilities of Role Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Documentation and Standardization: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all business processes. Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business processes. CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment of processes and objectives. Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and systems. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operational processes adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks that could impact terminal operations and safety. Digital Mindset: Champion a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness. Key Stakeholders Internal: Head of Section CT Operations, Head of Section CT Planning, Head of Section Resource Planning, crossfunctional teams. Technical Competencies Container Terminal Process Knowledge Process Mapping & SOP Development (Terminal Operations) Process Optimization & Productivity Improvement Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) & Digital Processes Qualifications and Experience Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management. Work Experience: 8-12 years of experience in yard operations or supervision within the port industry.
