For this reason, we are looking for a Business Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to help scale and evolve our product.

✨What will you do on a day-to-day basis?✨

Business Analysis & Product Requirements

  • Translate business, customer, and regulatory needs into clear, structured product requirements and user stories
  • Define workflows, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
  • Analyse business processes, user behaviours, and product performance to identify improvement opportunities
  • Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and potential solution trade-offs

Customer & User Insights

  • Collect, analyse, and structure customer feedback
  • Contribute to continuous product enhancement and optimisation

Documentation & Enablement

  • Maintain accurate product documentation, functional specifications, and release notes
  • Support internal teams through product demos, feature walkthroughs, and release communications

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Revenue teams during backlog refinement and sprint cycles
  • Clarify requirements, support issue resolution, and ensure shared understanding across the delivery lifecycle

πŸ”Ž What knowledge and skills will you need to have to succeed in the position?πŸ”

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Specialist, or similar role, preferably in banking, financial services, credit intermediation, brokerage, or consulting, ideally with exposure to mortgage lending or regulated industries.
  • Experience producing product requirements (user stories, workflows, functional documentation, release notes) and functional specifications.
  • Comfort working with technical teams and understanding APIs and SaaS concepts
  • understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)
  • Strong ability to translate business and customer needs into actionable product solutions
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Bonus Points

  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience using tools such as Confluence, Intercom,Devops or similar platforms
  • Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, or usability testing
