The Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst who thrives in an international environment and enjoys working in a fast-paced setting. This role is ideal for someone who is independent, proactive, communicative, and fluent in English.
The successful candidate will be able to bridge the gap between business and technology, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and translate business needs into practical system solutions.
The project is being delivered within a global FMCG organization. The system is built using Mendix (a low-code platform), where most of the business logic and data layer are developed using the platform's visual tools rather than traditional coding from scratch.
The solution supports production planning and reporting across manufacturing plants and is developed using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and business stakeholders
- Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements
- Create and maintain user stories
- Ensure the backlog is well-structured and ready for sprint planning
- Work closely with the development team in an Agile environment
- Participate in backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning, and sprint reviews
- Map production and reporting processes
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
- Experience participating in 2–3 IT system implementations for manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their application in enterprise projects.
- Good understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
- Hands-on experience working with user stories and product backlogs
- Fluent English (working in an international environment)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
