Backend Product Engineer — End-to-End Ownership

Clay is seeking a backend product engineer to own the systems behind the parts customers use every day. The backend is the product—enrichment, signals, workflows, and agents sit at the core where engineering and product decisions merge. You'll ship end-to-end surfaces with design and GTM partners, watch real customers interact, then iterate quickly to improve speed, reliability, and capabilities. This role blends PM thinking with hands-on engineering in a fast-moving team.
