The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain backend applications using Node.js and Express.js. Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs. Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services. Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Implement authentication and authorization using JWT/OAuth. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code. Perform API testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Optimize application performance and database queries. Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and other teams. Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices. Use Git for version control and contribute to CI/CD processes. Document APIs and backend technical processes. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript. Hands-on experience developing REST APIs. Good knowledge of Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks. Experience with relational or NoSQL databases. Understanding of API security, authentication, authorization, and data validation. Knowledge of asynchronous programming, promises, and event-driven architecture. Familiarity with Git. Good understanding of debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
