Job description

Everbridge is a global SaaS company specializing in critical communications and enterprise safety solutions. Our technology helps organizations communicate quickly, coordinate effectively, and protect their people during critical events and operational disruptions.

As an Associate Solutions Consultant, you’ll become a trusted partner to large-scale customers, helping them maximize the value of the Everbridge platform. You’ll guide clients through deployment, adoption, training, ongoing optimization, and issue resolution combining project coordination, technical consulting, and customer success.

You’ll also serve as the customer advocate within Everbridge, ensuring feedback reaches the teams best positioned to act on it. Working closely with clients, Account Management, Operations, Product, and Engineering, you’ll help deliver solutions that are reliable, well adopted, and aligned with business needs.

This is a remote, home-based role open to candidates anywhere in the UK.

What you'll do:

    • Lead customer engagement throughout deployment, solution adoption, and ongoing operations, ensuring a consistently positive customer experience.
    • Establish and maintain a clear governance model with each client.
    • Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, document decisions and action items, and provide monthly account updates to internal stakeholders.
    • Define customer success criteria, track progress, and develop action plans to keep projects and commitments on schedule.
    • Create and deliver ongoing product education and awareness programs, including training sessions for customer teams.
    • Troubleshoot customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.
    • Ensure critical issues are accurately documented, prioritized, and escalated quickly when required.
    • Act as the customer advocate within Everbridge, sharing insights and feedback with Account Management, Product Management, and Engineering.
    • Identify opportunities to improve adoption, strengthen relationships, and increase the value customers receive from the platform.

What you'll bring:

    • At least three years of experience in a customer-facing support or consulting role, such as professional services, account management, project management, or technical consulting.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • The ability to manage competing priorities and remain effective in a fast-paced environment.
    • Working knowledge of hosted applications, high-availability architectures, computer security, telephony, and networking.
    • A proven ability to coordinate internal teams and resources to solve complex customer support or implementation challenges.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent time-management skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and web-based applications.
    • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have

  • Consulting experience with emergency preparedness, crisis management, or business continuity practices.
  • Experience working with government organizations or large enterprises.
  • Experience delivering customer training or managing complex software implementations
  • If you’re energized by solving meaningful customer challenges, building trusted relationships, and helping organizations become more resilient, we’d love to hear from you.

Prepare your application

Use the description above to assess your fit for Everbridge. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.

Match requirements to evidence

Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.

Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.

Check the working arrangement

Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.

Review before submitting

Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.

Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.

Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
