Role Description

HexaKnox Innovation Labs is hiring Associate Software Engineers with 6 months to 3 years of experience to join our growing talent network. This is a full-time opportunity where selected candidates will be deployed on client projects based on their skills, experience, and business requirements.

As an Associate Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality solutions. Candidates should have proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, Go (Golang), or Rust. You will contribute to the complete software development lifecycle, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and continuously improve application performance and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any discipline).

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in Software Development or a related field.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, Go (Golang), or Rust.

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, Algorithms, and Software Design Principles.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture, and Backend Development concepts.

• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis is an added advantage.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git and GitHub.

• Basic understanding of Linux environments, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is beneficial.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Willingness to work on client projects and adapt to evolving business requirements.
