Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Artificial Intelligence Engineer role based in Metro Manila. The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, build, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for various business use cases, including pattern recognition and natural language processing. The role involves collaborating with software developers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate AI models into production systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability. Day-to-day tasks include data preparation, feature engineering, model training and evaluation, experimentation with neural network architectures, and performance tuning. The engineer will also document technical approaches, participate in code reviews, and help maintain best practices for AI development and deployment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong foundations in Computer Science and Software Development, including algorithms, data structures, and programming in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Candidates should possess skills in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with experience designing, training, and evaluating machine learning and deep learning models.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), including familiarity with text preprocessing, language models, and common NLP frameworks.
• Candidates should possess experience with machine learning libraries and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and version control systems such as Git.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, and experience deploying AI models into production environments.
