Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the Role

The AI Developer will play a crucial role in the Corporate IT AI Team, focusing on developing and implementing AI workflows and solutions.

Mostly remote work, once a week in office.

Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience in Python
• Experience in SQL and data for the AI workflows
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services critical to AI projects such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, AWS Lambda, etc.
• Hands-on experience in GenAI and Agentic AI development including RAG
• Hands-on experience with modern AI agent frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Strands

Qualifications

• 8 PLUS YEARS OF EXP

Required Skills

• Strong Python Coding Skills
• Proficiency in Python development, including building scalable applications, scripting, and automation
• Strong SQL skills and experience designing and building data pipelines in AI workflows
• Hands-on experience with AWS services critical to AI projects, including:
• Amazon Bedrock
• Amazon SageMaker
• Amazon S3
• AWS Lambda
• AWS Glue
• And other relevant AWS AIML services

Demonstrated expertise in:

• Generative AI (Gen AI) - Must have
• Agentic AI - Must have
• Machine Learning (model development, training, and deployment) - Good to have
• Hands-on experience with modern AI agent frameworks and orchestration tools, including:
• LangChain
• LangGraph
• Strands
• And other relevant AI orchestration/agent frameworks

Preferred Skills

• Special Requirement - Security Clearance Applicable for the Onsite role only
• Nice to Have (last 5 Years stay in Canada)
