Hi , We have AI Developer role with Iris's direct client which is one of the Big Banks in Toronto

Its Hybrid 4 days from office

we are looking for the skills

• Expert-level Python proficiency; experience with JavaScript, SQL, and web technologies
• PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, HuggingFace Transformers, LangChain
• FastAPI, Django, Flask, RESTful API design and development
• PostgreSQL, data processing pipelines, ETL processes
• NLP, computer vision, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent systems

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop GenAI-powered applications using LangChain and LangGraph
• Build, test, and optimize LLM-based solutions for real-world business use cases
• Implement agent-based architectures leveraging frameworks like LangGraph and ADK
• Integrate and deploy models using Google Cloud Vertex AI-Its Good to Have
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and fine-tune LLM performance
• Build APIs and backend services to support AI applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases and deliver solutions
• Optimize model performance, latency, and cost efficiency
• Ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready AI deployments
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks
