Data Analyst (3+ Years Experience) 📍 Pakistan (Remote) 💼 Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a Data Analyst with around 3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about turning data into actionable insights, has strong analytical skills, and enjoys working closely with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making. Experience with web development is highly regarded, particularly for candidates who can bridge the gap between data analysis and application development. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business operations. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis. Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and business objectives. Design and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting. Automate recurring reporting and data processing tasks. Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems. Support data-driven initiatives by providing insights and recommendations. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role. Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation. Strong proficiency in JavaScript. Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools. Strong understanding of data modelling, data transformation, and ETL processes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Bonus Skills Experience with web development (frontend or full-stack). Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or data-driven web applications. Familiarity with APIs and integrating external data sources. Experience with machine learning or predictive analytics.
