The main responsibilities of BD include: 1. Searching for cooperation opportunities: • Establish partnerships with project parties, other platforms, wallets, media, etc. • Promote business cooperation such as listing new currencies and new contracts. • KOL/community cooperation: Negotiate cooperation with influential KOLs to promote brand exposure and user growth. 2. Channel expansion: • Find agents and local partners in different countries/regions to help the platform land quickly. • Investment and financing docking (senior BD): If the exchange has future financing plans, BD may also participate in docking investors. Typical capabilities required for BD: • Industry network resources (especially project parties, KOL, and community resources) • Communication and negotiation skills • Understanding of products and markets • Multilingual skills (especially important for global operations) Currently, we particularly need BD personnel with experience in the Turkish or Vietnamese markets. BDs who have worked in other exchanges such as BingX, MEXC, WeEX, Bitget, etc. will be given priority in hiring.
