This exciting opportunity allows you to work closely with founders and senior leadership, shaping product vision and user experience from day one. You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, contributing to real projects that make a significant impact. ## Job Description - Ideation and strategy: - Work directly with founders and senior leadership to define product vision, goals, and user experience direction. - Translate business requirements into product concepts with clear user journeys and flows. - Conduct competitor and user research to ground design decisions in real insight. - UX and UI design: - Design wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. - Build and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all product surfaces. - Design for multiple touchpoints including web, mobile, and in-store interfaces where applicable. - Use AI design tools to accelerate concept generation, layout iteration, and visual exploration. - Product scoping and documentation: - Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature scoping documents that developers can directly act on. - Define and document edge cases, error states, and interaction details for every feature. - Maintain a living product backlog and prioritize features in collaboration with leadership. - Create annotated design files that remove ambiguity for the development team. - Development collaboration and QA: - Act as the primary design point of contact for developers throughout the build cycle. - Run QA reviews at every sprint checkpoint to verify the product matches design intent. - Log, track, and follow through on design and UX issues until they are resolved. - Ensure the product ships with the user experience intact, not just the functionality. ## Qualifications - **Required:** - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design tools. - Experience in wireframing and prototyping. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. ## Compensation & Benefits - Competitive; disclosed later. - Top perks include hands-on exposure to live brand campaigns and cutting-edge marketing tools. - Job type: Internship. - Work setup: Fully Remote. - Remote eligibility region: Worldwide. ## About Us Growify Digital is India's premier e-commerce growth agency specializing in luxury and fashion brands.
