Location: Lahore (On-site) Job Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/Tech Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead AI/ML initiatives, design and implement advanced machine learning models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor AI/ML engineers in developing end-to-end machine learning solutions. • Design, implement, and optimize ML algorithms for real-world applications. • Work on NLP projects and advanced AI models to improve performance and scalability. • Train and deploy models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. • Apply knowledge of linear regression, optical flow, SIFT, YOLO training, CNN vs. ANN, autoencoders, and class imbalance handling. • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. • Ensure model accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business requirements. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. • 4+ years of proven experience in AI/ML development and leadership. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling. • Deep understanding of CNNs, ANNs, NLP, and deep learning frameworks. • Hands-on experience with YOLO training, autoencoders, and advanced ML pipelines. • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
