AI Solution Engineer

At Cimba.ai, we're looking for an AI Solution Engineer to bridge the gap between business problems and AI-powered solutions. If you enjoy working at the intersection of business, data, and AI, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer workflows and identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear problem statements and success metrics.
• Collaborate with AI/engineering teams to design feasible solutions.
• Analyse data, validate hypotheses, and measure solution impact.
• Support pilots, POCs, and production deployments.
• Create solution docs, briefs, and stakeholder presentations.
• Act as the link between business teams and technical teams.
  
  

Experience

The core requirements for the job include the following:

• Exposure to real-world analytics/AI/data projects.
• Experience in B2B or client-facing environments.
  
  

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable with SQL / Excel / Python (preferred).
• Basic understanding of AI/ML workflows.
• Ability to interpret model outputs into business insights.
  
  

Foundations

• Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle (build, deploy, evaluate).
• Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, or integrations (plus).
  
  

Mindset

• Ownership-driven and detail-oriented.
