AI/ML Engineer (Backend – FastAPI)

About the Role We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong backend development experience, particularly using FastAPI, to design, build, and deploy machine learning-based intelligent systems and APIs. The ideal candidate should be able to take models from development to production, integrating them into scalable backend services. Key Responsibilities ○. Design, train, and optimize machine learning / deep learning models ○. Build and deploy prediction and forecasting systems ○. Develop and maintain backend APIs using FastAPI ○. Integrate ML models into production-ready RESTful services ○. Work with data pipelines, preprocessing, and feature engineering ○. Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI-driven services ○. Collaborate with frontend/backend teams for full-stack AI solutions ○. Monitor and improve model performance in production Requirements ○. Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or relevant fi eld ○. Strong experience in training machine learning models ○. Proven experience building prediction models / forecasting systems ○. Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI (backend development required) ○. Profi ciency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.) ○. Good understanding of APIs, RESTful architecture, and backend systems ○. Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, statistics, and evaluation metrics ○.
