JOB DESCRIPTION:
AI + Python Engineer
Full Time Permanent
Bengaluru Location
Hybrid- 2/3 days WFO
***Only Immediate to 15 days joiners***
Primary Skills: Python, Gen AI, Open AI, Agentic AI, Azure
Design and implement AI/ML solutions using Python for real-world business problems
Build and maintain Agentic AI systems (autonomous agents, tool-using agents, multi-agent orchestration)
Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, including data ingestion, embedding, vector search, and retrieval strategies
Integrate AI models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) into enterprise applications
Work with Azure AI ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, AI Studio, Azure ML) for model training and deployment
Develop scalable backend services and APIs to serve AI models
Implement prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails for LLM applications
Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to define AI-driven features
Ensure model performance, reliability, and cost optimization
Stay updated with emerging GenAI, Agentic AI, and LLMOps trends
