AI Engineer for HR SaaS: NLP, MLOps & Scale

Globalli is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and scale intelligent HR tech features in our next-generation SaaS platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, data, and engineering teams to develop models that automate HR processes and improve user experiences. The role requires 4–6+ years in AI/ML, strong Python and ML frameworks, and hands-on production deployment on AWS/GCP/Azure.
