AI Developer

At Nativeminds, we build B2C subscription-based products used by millions. We're looking for an AI Developer who will design and build AI-powered systems that automate operations, improve decision-making, and create leverage across the company.

This role is not about writing prompts. It's about building scalable systems, owning workflows end-to-end, and turning business problems into autonomous AI solutions.

What You’ll Own;

• Build and own AI agents, automations and internal systems that run core business workflows
• Design agentic systems that can plan, use tools, and execute tasks (not just prompt-based outputs)
• Own automation pipelines and internal AI systems; decide what to build, prioritize and iterate based on impact
• Identify operational bottlenecks and turn them into scalable automations
• Integrate systems like Stripe, Slack, Notion, Airtable, Webflow, Ads tools
• Build end-to-end solutions using LLM APIs, webhooks and automation tools

What We’re Looking For;

• Experience building AI-powered systems, agents, automations or internal tools in production
• Strong understanding of LLM APIs, tool calling, agents and real-world failure/debugging cases
• Hands-on with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and/or no-code tools (Make, Zapier, Airtable, n8n)
• Strong programming ability in TypeScript
• Ability to read API docs and ship integrations quickly
• Product mindset with strong ownership and execution focus

Plus If You Have

• Built internal AI assistants or operational automation systems
• Experience in fast-moving, high-iteration environments
• Strong system design and architecture thinking across multiple platforms
