Role As an AI Developer at Scalemill, you’ll design, build and deploy AI-driven solutions for our internal AI projects, including Scalemill GPT, Knowledge HUB, AI Academy and Scalemill Mock. You\'ll develop and integrate LLM-based models, NLP (Natural Language Processing) systems, knowledge bases and adaptive learning tools into scalable platforms, ensuring robust performance, automation and cloud deployment. You’ll work closely with the team to create intelligent, production-ready AI features that enhance employee knowledge, learning and skill development within Scalemill.
