Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on AI Developer with end-to-end experience in building production-ready Agentic AI applications using Python, LangGraph, Azure OpenAI/Azure AI Foundry, MCP, and RAG. You will develop AI workflows, integrate enterprise APIs, implement prompt engineering, and optimize LLM performance for production environments.

Note: This is a hands-on development role. Candidates working primarily as AI Architects, Team Leads, Engineering Managers, or Delivery Managers without recent hands-on development experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities

• Build Agentic AI workflows using LangGraph/LangChain
• Develop intent routing, state management, tool calling & workflow orchestration
• Integrate Azure OpenAI/Azure AI Foundry and enterprise APIs
• Design prompts and reusable prompt templates
• Implement LLM evaluation, observability & monitoring
• Build RAG-based AI solutions and debug AI workflows
