Agentic AI Engineer

Role: Agentic AI Location: Columbus, OH / Plano, TX Experience: 15+ years W2 Only Role Summary: Seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to build and support production-grade AI applications for the Chase Mobile App. The role requires strong Java and Python development skills along with hands-on experience in Agentic AI, LLMs, multi-agent systems, and AI frameworks. Key Requirements: Strong hands-on experience with Java and PythonExperience building Agentic AI / multi-agent applicationsHands-on experience with LangGraph and vLLMStrong knowledge of LLM integration, RAG/retrieval systems, and AI application architectureExperience with microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise integrationsProduction experience with AI application monitoring, troubleshooting, scalability, and observabilityKnowledge of AI governance, security, responsible AI, and complianceCloud/containerization and MLOps experience preferredFinancial services/large enterprise experience preferredCandidate Focus: Candidates will work on AI features and enhancements within the Chase Mobile App, delivering scalable and production-ready Agentic AI solutions.
