Job Description
The Data Intelligence position plays a key role in driving Aftersales business decision processes within the market. Our goal is to support decision makers with dedicated on-time reporting analysis for the BMW/MINI dealer network and sustain growth based on right business decisions.

Aftersales Data Intelligence Specialist (f/m/x)
What awaits you?
- Preparation of analysis and recommendations for dealer network and BMW PL to Generate traffic in the workshops (B2C) and boosts parts sales (B2B) via data-driven business initiatives.
- Creation of special programs for boosting up retention (incentives, campaigns, packages) in both: dealer network as well as End-Customer touchpoints.
- End to End lead management creation (including feedback-loop) from raw data sets into parts order intake via individualized dealers communication and early recognition of market potential to gain competitive advantage and support dealership organization across variety of areas (Aftersales Customer Lifecycle, Smart Video Communication, Teleservices / Lead management, Business Development in 4th level and Body & Paint, Corporate Aftersales, Older segments of vehicles)
- Complex multidimensional reports coming from multiple resources created by data intelligence center
- Data sets, pricing strategy, initiatives and campaigns that lead to growth of retention including Service Inclusive and Repair Inclusive packages
- Preparation of market communication and supportive dealer documentation in the abovementioned areas.
- Full-time availability with a limited time contract ending 15.12.2027
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to present generated results and readiness to defend one’s outcome
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Polish (fluent) and English (min. B2)
- Basic understanding of business processes
