About The Role

We are looking for a customer-focused professional to join the Go-to-Market (GTM) team, supporting business growth through sales, account management, and customer success initiatives.The GTM team is responsible for acquiring new business and growing existing relationships across both the sell-side (investment banks, M&A advisors, business brokers, and business owners) and buy-side (private equity firms, family offices, corporate development teams, independent sponsors, and search funds). The team consists of Account Executives and Account Managers responsible for managing prospective and existing accounts.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility will be to execute key activities that support growth across both prospective and existing members. This includes proactively engaging with prospects and customers via phone and email, managing critical operational processes, and ensuring CRM systems remain accurate and up to date.You'll help build trust with members by delivering exceptional customer interactions and ensuring every touchpoint results in a positive experience. You'll also proactively reach out to members whose platform usage has declined or from whom additional information is needed.Success in this role comes from developing a deep understanding of the product, mastering customer conversations, and effectively communicating the platform's value proposition. You'll receive ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Understand each member's investment goals and go-to-market strategy to help them maximize success on the platform.
  • Drive key engagement KPIs through proactive phone and email communication.
  • Manage day-to-day account management activities, including:
    • Proactive outreach to prospects and existing members to increase platform adoption and engagement.
    • Complete 20+ connected calls per week.
    • Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via email.
    • Launch email campaigns to encourage platform engagement.
    • Share product and service feedback with internal teams.
    • Perform Salesforce administration, including contract processing and verification.
    • Handle customer support requests via phone and email.
  • Participate in regular internal meetings and contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Up to 10 years of professional experience.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in a quota-carrying B2B Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success role.
  • Previous experience within investment banking, private equity, financial services, or related industries serving the North American market is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrated track record of high performance and continuous professional growth.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.

Working Hours

  • Work Eastern Time (ET / New York) business hours.
  • Fully remote position.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection is required.
  • Occasional travel to New York (approximately 3–4 times per year) for company-wide meetings and team events.
