Job Description

Account Coordinator

Meet Affilial.com

We are building the #1 affiliate program management agency for B2B SaaS companies.

Most SaaS founders know affiliates could be a scalable, low-risk revenue driver. The problem is they do not have the playbooks, relationships or systems to make it work. That is what we build.

We build and scale affiliate programs that actually drive revenue, not just signups. We are trusted by fast-growing SaaS brands in the US and EU.

We are growing quickly. That means things change fast. Roles evolve. Not every system is in place yet.

We thrive in that environment. We move with speed. We treat challenge as the cost of growth. We give sincere feedback and expect it in return. We act today instead of waiting until the end of the week.

If that is how you operate, you will fit right in.

Role

Your job is to keep our client machine running, every single day.

You are the execution engine behind our account pods. You clear every partner application and every partner message, across all clients, every business day. You pull the data and build the client reports and QBR decks. You own manual sales attribution requests from start to finish. And you turn repeat work into SOPs and automations.

Our Account Managers keep the strategy and the client relationships. You own the build. When you do your job well, the whole delivery team runs faster.

You will work closely with our Account Managers and our COO. We run AI-first. If a task repeats, we SOP it. If it can be automated, we automate it.

This is a support role, but not a passive one. You will see how real B2B affiliate programs run from the inside, and you will help us build better systems every week.

Responsibilities

Daily platform hygiene (35%)

  • Review and approve or deny every partner application, for every client, every business day.
  • Clear the PartnerStack and FirstPromoter message inboxes daily. Zero backlog is the standard.
  • Support the Account Managers and Partner Development Manager in partner communication when needed.

Reporting engine (30%)

  • Pull data and draft all weekly and monthly client reports.
  • Build monthly and quarterly business review (QBR) slides.
  • Send every draft to the Account Manager for approval, at least 4 hours before the client deadline.

Attribution and technical requests (20%)

  • Own manual sales attribution requests from clients and their partners, end to end.
  • Handle technical ad hoc requests that come up during the week.
  • Help with meeting coordination, email management, and resource organization.

Systems and documentation (15%)

  • Write an SOP in Notion or ClickUp for every recurring task.
  • Ship automations that remove manual work. We use AI daily, and so will you.
  • Draft first-pass partner comms and newsletters for AM review.
  • Keep Notion clean and up to date with client info.

What Success Looks Like

By day 90:

  • The team confirms you have taken 25+ hours per week off their plates.
  • The zero-backlog standard is live: applications actioned and the Messages tab at zero, every business day.
  • Every report draft lands on time.

By month 6:

  • Account Managers comfortably hold 7 to 8 accounts each (up from a hard cap of 6 today).
  • Attribution is fully off our COO's plate.
  • Every recurring workflow is documented.

By month 12:

  • The execution layer runs without founder touch and supports a 10 to 15 client roster.

Week to week, we track:

  • Daily SLA: 100% of business days green (applications actioned + Messages tab at zero).
  • Report punctuality: 100% of drafts to the AM at least 4 hours before the client deadline.
  • Attribution turnaround: under 2 business days.
  • Net-new systems: 2 or more SOPs or automations shipped per month.
  • Quality: less than 20% of drafts need major rework.

Requirements

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years in affiliate/partner marketing, marketing ops, or agency account support.
  • Spreadsheet and data fluency. You can pull, clean, and QA platform exports on your own, and you spot discrepancies.
  • Flawless written English. You write to partners and clients daily.
  • You already use AI daily in real workflows. We run AI-first. This is a hard filter.
  • Strong project management skills. You juggle tasks across many clients without dropping balls.

Bonus points

  • Hands-on experience with PartnerStack, Impact, FirstPromoter, or similar platforms.
  • Affiliate agency background. This is a BIG plus.
  • Experience with Notion or ClickUp, slide building, or first-draft copywriting.

Skills

  • Organized. Many clients, many tasks, nothing slips.
  • Detail-oriented. You catch the numbers that do not add up.
  • Clear communication. Short, human, professional.
  • Fast execution. If it can be done today, you do it today.
  • Systems thinking. You see repeat work and turn it into a process or an automation.

Traits

  • Coachable and humble.
  • High agency with an ownership mindset.
  • You take action fast, without always needing to ask first.
  • Intelligent and technically able.
  • Low ego. You are okay being wrong as long as you get better.

Who this role is NOT for

✗ You cannot put numbers on anything you have owned.

✗ You have never touched affiliate or partner marketing, in-house or at an agency.

✗ You have 6+ years of experience. You would be overqualified for this scope.

✗ You say you are "excited to learn AI" but do not use it today.

✗ You have less than 4 hours of overlap with CET.

Logistics & Compensation

  • Full-time contractor structure.
  • Remote. EU time zone preferred. Minimum 4 hours of overlap with CET required.
  • 40 hours per week, roughly 9am to 5pm. This role has daily deliverables, so we need consistent Monday to Friday coverage.
  • Base salary $30,000 to $45,000 per year.

Benefits

  • Work with some of the most prominent, fastest-growing SaaS companies in the game.
  • Learn the inside of B2B affiliate program management. You cannot learn this online.
  • Regular access to the top 0.1% of industry experts to upgrade your skillset.
  • Budget and opportunities for skill development (books, courses, tools).
  • Real ownership from day one. Your work keeps the whole delivery team moving.
  • A culture where speed is normal, challenge is expected and feedback is constant.

Growth Path

This role is designed to be a launchpad, not a dead end.

  • Month 1 to 2: Learn our clients, platforms, and workflows. Take over daily hygiene.
  • Month 3 to 6: Own the full reporting engine and attribution. Ship your first SOPs and automations.
  • Month 6 to 12: Run the execution layer with little oversight. Take on more client-facing work.
  • 12+ months: Clear path to Account Associate, Account Manager, or Partner Development Manager.

We promote based on output, not tenure.

Core Values

Relentless Action: Speed is key. We are proactive, move quickly, take initiative and execute before it is comfortable.

Continuous Challenge: Growth happens through hardship. We choose courage over comfort and push through difficulty together.

Sincere Feedback: Honesty over ego. We ask for feedback, we give it and we use it to get better. Sincere feedback elevates the whole team.

If you want a role where speed is normal, challenge is expected and sincere feedback is constant, you will love it here <3
