Job description
We Make Remote Work Remarkable • TopTalent from LatAm
Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.
We need an English-fluent Senior Data Analyst, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.
Are you the one we are looking for?
Responsibilities:
Own product analytics across mobile apps and web/browser products: activation, feature adoption, onboarding drop-off, engagement and retention
Act as the primary analytics partner for product owners, shaping roadmap priorities with data
Build analytical frameworks to help product teams make data-informed decisions on new and existing features
Turn ambiguous product questions into concrete analyses and clear recommendations
Partner with product managers on event tracking plans and instrumentation QA
Own A/B tests and feature experiments end to end: hypothesis, power analysis, readout and ship decision
Use AI tools to automate recurring reporting and speed up insight generation
Build self-serve reporting for product owners
Find anomalies and data integrity gaps, and fix or escalate them
Present findings to non-technical audiences in clear, concise narratives
Proactively surface trends and opportunities
Mentor other analysts and share best practices across the team
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics or a related role with consumer mobile apps or web products
Advanced SQL: window functions, CTEs, complex joins and query optimization on large datasets
Hands-on experimentation experience, including A/B test design, power analysis and statistical testing
Strong product analytics fundamentals: funnel and cohort analysis, event data and instrumentation
Daily use of AI tools in your analytics workflow, such as Claude, Claude Cowork or Claude Code
Working knowledge of Python for analysis
Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities; you take ownership from question through recommendation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English and at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern business hours (remote roles)
It's a plus:
Experience with ad-monetized or subscription consumer apps
Familiarity with dbt or modern data modeling practices
Experience with Android apps, browsers or browser extensions
Experience with cloud data warehouses on AWS or Google Cloud
Experience with Amazon Quick or other AI-powered BI tools
Experience building AI-powered or agent-driven reporting workflows
Compensation:
The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $4,000 - $5,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.
The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.
Here are the steps for this process:
TBD > Application review/approval > Screening interview with GoFasti's team > We build and send your profile to our client > Profile review/approval by client > Interview with the client > Hiring and onboarding.
Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume. If it meets the requirements, we will contact you and move forward in the process.

Prepare your application
Use the description above to assess your fit for GoFasti. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.
Match requirements to evidence
Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.
Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.
Check the working arrangement
Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.
Review before submitting
Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.
Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.
Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
