Job description

We Make Remote Work Remarkable • TopTalent from LatAm

Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.

We need an English-fluent Executive Assistant, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the calendar, email, and scheduling for the leadership of a fractional integrator practice, including client meetings, coordination across time zones, and travel arrangements.

  • Support the EOS® rhythm for client engagements: schedule and prepare for Level 10 (L10) meetings, Quarterlies, and annual sessions, and take notes and track action items.

  • Help maintain EOS® tools such as the V/TO, Rocks, Scorecards, Accountability Charts, and to-do lists, keeping them current and shared with the right people.

  • Follow up on to-dos and Rocks, sending reminders and flagging anything off track.

  • Prepare client-ready documents, presentations, and reports, and keep client files organized.

  • Handle travel logistics (flights, lodging, itineraries) and expense reporting for in-person client work.

  • Support business development with lead follow-up, CRM updates, and outreach coordination.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • Valid U.S. visa (or equivalent travel authorization) to travel when needed.

  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, chief of staff support, or similar high-level administrative role.

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, chief of staff support, or similar high-level administrative role (specify minimum years once confirmed).

  • Strong calendar management and scheduling skills across multiple time zones.

  • Excellent written and spoken English, with polished, professional communication.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, plus video conferencing and project or task management tools.

  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail, with the ability to keep a leadership team accountable.

  • Proactive, high-discretion working style with comfort handling confidential business information.

  • Reliable remote setup and availability that overlaps with U.S. business hours.

It's a plus:

  • Familiarity with EOS® (the Entrepreneurial Operating System®), including L10s, Rocks, V/TO, and Scorecards.

  • Experience supporting consultants, coaches, or fractional executives.

  • Experience with CRM tools and basic business development support.

  • Experience with EOS-related software (such as Ninety.io) or similar.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish.

Compensation:

  • The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,200 - $1,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.

  • This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.

  • The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.

Here are the steps for this process:

Application review/approval > Screening interview with GoFasti's team > We build and send your profile to our client > Profile review/approval by client > Interview with the client > Hiring and onboarding.

Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume. If it meets the requirements, we will contact you and move forward in the process.

Note for Candidates Approached Directly:
If you were contacted directly by a member of our team and are interested in this opportunity, please do not apply through this link. Instead, reach out to the person who contacted you to coordinate a meeting.

Thank you!

Prepare your application

Use the description above to assess your fit for GoFasti. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.

Match requirements to evidence

Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.

Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.

Check the working arrangement

Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.

Review before submitting

Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.

Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.

Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
