Period: fictional April–June | Employee: fictional Jordan Hale | Purpose: employee self-appraisal for discussion Contribution: I prepared the text comparison for three versions of the event brochure and kept a dated list of wording changes for the editor. The editor made the final publication decision. Collaboration: I checked the venue names with Casey, who maintained the event list. Casey confirmed the official wording; I applied that wording to the comparison sheet. Learning: On June 4 I noticed one heading differed between the approved event list and the brochure draft. I flagged the mismatch and updated my comparison after confirmation. I learned to check headings as well as body text. Limit: I did not measure production time or cost savings, so I cannot attribute a financial result to the comparison sheet. Development request: I want practice summarizing changes in a shorter editor note. I would value feedback on one draft summary before the next brochure cycle. Discussion question: Which parts of the comparison should be retained in the editor-facing summary, and which can stay in the supporting record?
